2 lbs of meat (pork, chicken, or beef)1/2 cup canola or veggie oil4 tbsp of white wine vinegar1/3 cup mrs. dash seasoning (any kind you want)
mix liquids and seasoning together, then add the meat. marinade anywhere from 20 minutes to 24 hours. pretty much as long as you want. you can do it for two days if you wish, though i only do it for 24 hours. that's just me.
