Sunday Meatloaf

Ingredients
mix of pork and beef one small onion chopped1/2 med green pepper chopped4 larger baby bella mushrooms1 large egg1 packet lipton onion soup mix1/2 cup progresso bread crumbs1/2 tomato sauce6 slices bacon
Directions
make into loaf place on cookie sheet, lay bacon over top, cover with tomato sauce bake.
