Cottage Cheese Pie

Ingredients
2 cups 1% cottage cheese3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese3/4 cup cheddar cheese1 whole egg3 egg whites2 cups chopped bell peppers1 cup chopped onion1 Tbsp canola oil1/2 cup flour
Directions
Saute veggies in canola oil until soft and add remaing ingredients and mix well. Coat a 9" glass pie plate with cooking spray and pour mixture into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
