    For a delicious middle eastern meal take 1/2 a cup of this humus (200 cal) stuff in a whole thick pita (about 120 cal) with lots of cucumber and tomato slices or salad and some onion and/or pickles. For dinner you could add a protein like chicken breast. - 8/6/12

    Tahini is just ground sesame seeds. You should be able to buy it at your local supermarket or health food shop. - 8/29/08
