Pamelas gluten free corn bread

1 1/4 cup Pamela's Ultimate GF Baking & Pancake Mix1 cup Stone-ground corn meal1/3 cup Granulated Sugar1/2 tsp salt1 cup 2% milk2 large eggs2 Tbs butter
preheat oven to 375 degrees
whisk dry ingredients together
whisk milk and eggs together, pour into dry ingredients and whisk together.
melt butter and pour it into the batter while whisking. Whisk until well blended
Pour into greased 8x8" baking pan
Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown
Serving Size: Makes 16 2-inch square pieces
