Flax Seed and Pumpkin Pancake

flax seed meal - 1/3 cupwhey protein powder - 3 Tbspegg - 1unsweetened Almond milk - 2/3 cupbaking soda - 1 tsppumpkin canned - 1/3 cupwalnut oil or other high quality oil - 1 Tbspnutmeg or cinnamon- to taste
Cook on low heat with grapeseed oil or any oil that doesn't break down in heat. Since this was a moist dough, I cooked it 6 to 7 minutes on each side to thoroughly bake it on the griddle. The mixture is thick so it needs to be spread out when you put it on the griddle.
Serving Size: makes 6 3" pancakes, could make a waffle too.
