Vegetable Turmeric Quinoa

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa2 tbsp coconut oil1 cup chopped green onion1 tbsp curry1 tsp turmeric1 red pepper chopped2 cup broccoli chopped
Directions
Cook quinoa
Heat oil in skillet. saute onion, add spices. Add remaining veggies and saute 5-6 minutes. Add coocked quinoa and stir.
