Whole Grain Pasta 6 oz dry= 3 cups cooked1 cup chopped sweet onion1 cup Red Bell Pepper1 cup chopped tomatoes2 cups chopped fresh broccoli4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim1/2 cup Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
Cook pasta per directions on box.
Drain and rinse in cold water.
Chop all veggies and cheese.
Combine pasta, cheese and veggies.
Mix in salad dressing and Enjoy.
