Gluten Free Biscuits

Ingredients
2 Cups Gluten Free Flour mix1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt3/4 tsp Baking Soda1/4 cup butter5 oz milk5 oz water1/2 Tbsp Cider vinegar1 egg, beaten
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Cut butter into chunks and blend into dry ingredients using a pastry blender. Add milk, water, vinegar and egg and mix together. Drop by large spoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Should be golden brown.
