Mushroom Rice

Ingredients
Ingredients:Butter, unsalted, .5 stick (remove)*Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Thyme, fresh, 3 tsp (remove)Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1.5 cup (remove)Tomatos canned dicedGarlic 1 clove
Directions
Cook garlic and butter w mushrooms in pan
add tomatoes and rice once mushrooms are soft
add the rest of the ingredients
bake in oven 350 for 1 hour or until rice has soaked up the stock
