2 Tbs. Grape seed oil1 small onion dice1 red pepper diced5 oz. cooked pork chop diced3 cups raw spinach Salt and pepper to tasteDried oregano and ground cumin to taste4 Tumaro's 9 grain with chia wraps8 oz. shredded light Cabot cheddarCanola spray
Heat oil in a large skillet sauté onion and red pepper until softened. Add salt and pepper to taste along with cumin and dried oregano. Add pork and warm through. Add spinach in batches and cook until wilted. Lay out wraps, put .5 oz. shredded cheese on half, put in a quarter of the filling, top with .5 oz. more cheese. Fold the wrap in half. In a new skillet spray canola spray lightly, spray the wrap on one side and heat to golden brown, flip and repeat.
