LKM Turkey burger soup

Ingredients
8 oz. ground turkey1 T. olive oil1 c. diced onion1 c. diced carrots1 c. diced celery1 c. diced potato1/2 t. paprika1/2 t. black pepper1 T. whole wheat flour3 C. chicken broth1 C. waterbroth
Directions
Brown ground turkey & set aside. Saute onion, carrots & celery in olive oil for 10 minutes. Add potato & stir in spices and flour. Slowly add broth and water. Simmer 20 minutes. Add ground turkey and heat through.
