Mashed Red Potato

Ingredients
1400 grams of red potato quartered skin on4 TBSP salted butter1 C 1% milk2 tsp pepper
Directions
boil potatoes until fork tender
drain in colander
in same pan you cooked potato in, melt butter and add milk until bubbly; add pepper

In a large mixing bowl, whip potatos with hand mixer until smooth. Slowly add milk/butter mixture until ensuring it's well incorporated.
