Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredients
4 11 oz cans mandarin oranges, drained2 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained2 10 oz jars maraschino cherries, mostly drained2 8 oz tubs lite whipped topping (Fit & Active Cool Whip)1 bar Neufanchel cheese1 7 oz bag sweetened flaked coconut1 10.5 oz bag mini marshamallows
Directions
whip together neufanchel cheese and cool whip
add fruits and stir
add coconut and marshmallows and stir

serve chilled

Serving Size: makes a HUGE bowl, i'm guessing at about 20 servings
