Garlic & cheese bread crumbs (for breaded chicken)

Ingredients
1.5 cups of bread crumbs0.5 cups of grated Parmesan cheese2 tsp garlic powderDash of black pepper
Directions
Toast the bread crumbs at 200 degrees centigrade for 10 minutes turning regularly.

Take out of oven and leave to cool.

When cool, combine with all other ingrediants.

The coating is then ready for the chicken. Use a beaten egg or melted butter to stick the coating to the chicken.
