Lite Potato Salad w Mustard and Relish

Ingredients
*Yukon Gold Potato ( 1 medium sized potato), 3 serving (remove) Heinz Sweet Pickle Relish, 1 tbsp (remove) Egg White from hard boiled egg, 3 serving (remove) Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet (remove) *Onion Yellow Chopped (1/2 Cup / Serving), .5 serving (remove) Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove) Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 2 tbsp (remove) Celery seed, .25 tsp (remove) Hellmans Light Mayo, 1 tbsp (remove) Great Value Low Fat Sour Cream, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Cook potatoes until fork tender. Chop potato and egg whites, aded onions and celery seed. Mix wet ingredients together, pour into potato egg mixture and blend.
