Ingredients
2 slices bacon1 onion, chopped1/4 C. brown sugar1 tsp. mustard1 clove garlic, crushed1 tsp. salt1/4 Cup vinegar1 can lima beans, drained1 can whie beans, drained1 can kidney beans, drained
Directions
Cook bacon in skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit. Crumble bacon. Combine cooked bacon, onion, brown sugar, mustard, garlic, and vinegar. Mix with three kinds of beans in slow-cooking pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
