Cherry Cobblers

Ingredients
2 cans cherry pie fillingTopping:1 c. pancake mix (Bisquick doesn't come out right; use Aunt Jemima or similar)6 Tbl melted butter (I use unsalted)6 Tbl. packed brown sugar
Directions
Spread cherries into 8- 5-oz ramekins.

Combine the pancake mix and brown sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly.

Sprinkle over cherries.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
