Yellow Curry PasteOil1 Can Coconut Milk1 Large Onion3 Medium Potatos2 Chicken Breasts
Directions
Precook Chicken and peeled potatos in Microwave. Heat oil and curry paste, add onion and sautee until cooked. Add coconunt milk, cubed chicken and cubed potatos. Heat until curry begins to boil and serve over rice (not included in calorie count)
