Ingredients
Fish - Talapia, 5 serving *Onion - Raw, chopped, 1.5 cup Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp *Morton Table Salt, 2 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Parkay, Original Stick Margarine, 1 Tbsp, 3 serving White Rice, long grain, cooked, 3 cup Garlic powder 1tsp
Directions
WASH RICE AND SET TO COOKING.... IN LARGE NON STICK SKILLET PUT IN BUTTER AND DICED ONIONS AND SEASONINGS, AND PARSLEY FLAKES. SAUTE ONIONS UNTIL ALMOST TENDER, LAY FISH ON TOP OF ONIONS AND COVER LET FISH STEAM TILL COOKED ON SIDE, FLIP AND STEAM COOK THAT SIDE. REMOVE FISH ADD RICE TO ONIONS AND MIX WELL, SERVE ON SIDE OF FISH WITH A SALAD OR BROCCOLI OR CARROTS ON SIDE...
