Ingredients
- Catelli Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Egg White Noodles, Extra Broad, 2.5 cup - Bell Pepper, Green, 3 tbsp - Red Onion (raw), 2 tbsp- Red kidney beans, 1.5 cup- Lentils, 1.5 cup- Salt, 2 tsp- Pepper, black, 2 tsp- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp- Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Directions
Boil egg noodles according to package instructions. Chop green pepper and red onion. Drain and rinse beans. Mix all ingredients together and chill in the fridge before serving.
