Millet salad

Ingredients
1 cup millet, cooked in broth1 cup broccoli, steamed1/2 cup carrot, steamed1 tbsp canola oil2 tsp dijon mustard1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Directions
cook the millet in broth with a 1:2 1/2 ratio. Steam the vegetables. In a cup, combine the canola oil, vinegar, and mustard and mix well. In a large bowl, combine the millet and vegetables. Pour the dressing over the mixture and mix thoroughly. enjoy.
