Ingredients
Directions
Chop the mint leaves along with the stems and then make a paste.
Mix the mustard powder with water. Add it to the yogurt. Beat the mixture well in a blender. If it is too thick add water accordingly.
Add all the other ingredients to the blender and blend well. When blended well, pour it in a jar and refrigerate.
Take the drink out of the refrigerator right before serving. Serve cool.
You can serve each glass with a sprinkle of coriander leaves for decoration and cumin powder for flavor.
One should not store Borhani more than three days.
