Deli Chicken salad

Ingredients
1 cup low or non fat mayo1 chicken breast chopped1/2 celery stalk (for crunch)1/4 cup of slivered almonds (if desired)
Directions
Measure mayo into mixing bowl, add chicken and celery that has been chopped finely, add slivered almonds if you like extra crunch. Mix together and chill. Great on sandwiches with whole wheat bread, or on english muffins.
