Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
1/4 cup diced onion and green bell pepper1 tablespoon olive oil1 lb small baby cooked shrimp1 cup tomato sauce1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce1 tablespoon dry white wine2 tablespoons ketchup2 teaspoons black pepper1 teaspoon salt1 bay leaf2 teaspoons tapatio hot sauce1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
Directions
On medium heat, add olive oil and diced onion and bell pepper. Once heated add shrimp, and let cook for 2 min. Add all other ingredients and lower flame to a simmer once it starts to boil. Cover and let simmer for 10-15 min. This will help thicken the sauce.
