Crab Artichoke Salad

Ingredients
Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 1 cup Kroger - Neufchatel Cheese (Cream Cheese), 1 ozKirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil, 28 gram(s) Scallions, raw, .25 cup, choppedPaprika, 1.5 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Onion powder, 1 tbspCilantro, raw, 2 tbsp Lime Juice, 1 lime yields Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 0.25 cup Baby Spinach (raw), 2 cup Asian Toasted Sesame-Kraft Dressing, Light, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix together mayonnaise and cream cheese. Place in skillet on medium heat. Add crab meat and stir. Add artichokes and stir. Add spices and scallions. Cook until cream cheese is mixed well (no chunks). Top with grated Parmesan cheese. I put on top of spinach with a drizzle of Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame dressing.
