Ingredients
3 egg whites Fresh spinachfresh mushrooms Lemon wedge.20 cup shred chef 2% Table spoon light mayo2 cloves garlicCrushed red peppersOregano
Directions
Sauté mushrooms spinach and 1 clove minced garlic
Squeeze lemon juice onto veggies and add crushed red peppers once fully cooked add egg whites let cook trough sprinkle cheddar over half and add 1tbsp mayo down the length of omelet on top cheese. Fold over let cheese melt sprinkle raw garlic on top and enjoy
