Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast

Ingredients
1 (2 pound) boneless pork roast 1.5 teaspoons seasoned salt .5 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained 1 cup chopped dried cranberries
Directions
Rub the pork roast on all sides with salt and pepper, and place in a slow cooker. Pour in the pineapple chunks and juice, and sprinkle in the cranberries.
Cover, and cook 7 hours on Low.

    So nice and simple. I didn't add the cranberries, and took out the pineapple and some juice when it was done, and sauteed it in a pan w/ mushrooms and onions for a thicker sause. - 5/31/10
