Creamy Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt1 tblsp olive oil2 tblsp Parmesan cheese3 fillets of anchovies1 tblsp fresh lemon juicepinch saltpinch of fresh ground black pepper
Directions
1. Place all of the ingredients into a small blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper is desired.
2. I store it in a small glass mason jar and use it up within 3 days.
