Padadoms, raita and crudites

Ingredients
For the raita: 2 spring onions3 tbs natural low fat yogurt1 tsp mint sauceHalf a teaspoon of fresh chillFor the crudités: One stick of celeryOne medium carrotHalf a green pepperFor the papadoms: 3 uncooked papadoms
Directions
Finely chop the chill and spring onions. Mix togethe all the ingredients for the raita in a small bowl.
Microwave the popadoms one at a time on high, for about 30 seconds, until blistered all over.
In the meantime, cut the vegetables into 1cm strips. Place on a large dish, with the raita in the small bowl. Serve with the podadoms.
