Matt's Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
2 pounds of chicken breast sliced up into stripsOne cup flour1 cup water, ice cold1/8 tsp baking soda 1/8 teaspoon baking powder 3 cups Kikkoman PankoCanola Oil for cooking
Directions
Prepare Tempura Batter by mixing the flour, water, baking soda, and baking powder together in a dredging bowl.
Put Panko in a separate dredging bowl.
Bridge chicken through temper about it and then Panko and place on a plate.
Fry in oil until golden brown.
Remove from pan and drain on paper towel covered plate.
