Ingredients
1/2 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter, room temperatureHalf of 8-ounce fat-tree cream cheese, room temperature1/4 cup powdered sugar1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk1 cup Cool Whip Free (thawed)2 sheets (8 crackers) low fat honey graham crackers, crushed
Directions
Combine peanut better with cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
Continue beating while slowly adding powdered sugar followed by soymilk.
Fold in Cool Whip
Transfer to pie pan. Top with crushed graham crackers. Cover and freeze until firm about 2 hours.
