Dry Rub for Pulled Pork Roast

Ingredients
2 kg Pork shoulder (butt, roast)3 tbsp paprika1 tbsp dry mustard1 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp kosher salt1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
Directions
Cut pork into medium pieces
Rub pork with dry rub.
place in slow cooker.
cover with "Homemade Pulled Pork Sauce"
Cook for 8 hrs on low
remove pork and pull apart
return to slow cooker
