Tuna Bow tie Pasta Salad high fat and low carb

Ingredients
1/2 bag (250 grams) Bow tie Pasta (Farfalle)10 cups water (little salt in water)1 can light tuna packed in water1 tsp garlic crystals1 tsp turmeric1.5 tsp paprika1 tbsp dried parsley flakes2 tbsp full fat Mayonnaise1 tbsp olive oil1 small red onion (chopped fine) - optional
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain in colander and then cool with running cold water. Add tuna, chopped red onion (if using) and spices and mayo and Wallah! Low cab side dish for any meal. Can also put slices of hard boiled egg on top (not included in nutrition information).
