Ingredients
1 cup white flour 2 tsp sugar1 cup smart balance milk2 tbs butter2 eggs2 tsp baking powder
Directions
mix ingredients till fluffy, divide into 4 portions (visually)cook one big flapjack at a time. add sliced bananas, blueberries, walnuts etc to top of flapjack and turn when bubbles are obvious
