Miso Soup

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Miso3 cups Water2 Tbsp Tamari (or Namu Shoyu, or Soy Sauce)1 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced1 Carrot, sliced VERY thin2 sheets Nori Seaweed, in strips2 slices Lite Firm Tofu, cubed (optional) - if you choose another type of tofu, you will double the calories in the dish.
Directions
Cook water until just hot, not boiling, and then turn off the heat. Add in the miso and whisk until separated.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients and enjoy while warm.

Makes 3 hefty servings.
