3 TBSP roughly minced Fresh Garlic (about 5-6 medium cloves, or 40 grams)1 TBSP Whole Grain Dijon Mustard (15g)1/2 tsp Kosher Salt1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper3/4 c Balsamic Vinegar (Alessi Autentico)1/3 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 TBSP Canola Oil
Add all ingredients EXCEPT the oils into a blender and "mix" until well blended.
Remove the cup from the top of the Blender. Take a folded paper towel and hover over the hole to avoid splashing. Slowly pour both oils into the blender while on "mix" setting.
