1 Can Green Beans, drained1 Can Diced Tomatoes (I use Hunts with extra spices)1 Can Red Kidney Beans, drained 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, drained1 Tsp Nutritional Yeast1 Tsp Italian Seasoning 2 Tsp 7 Seed Crust
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a soup or sauce pan, let simmer.
Serve hot.
