Sesame Leeks and Cabbage

4 Cups sliced leeks, white and pale green parts only1/4 teaspoon salt4 Cups green cabbage cut into 1" cubes4 Tablespoons of waterBlack pepper1 1/2 teaspoons Dark Sesame Oil1/2 oz Toasted Sesame Seeds .
Saute leeks with salt in large deep skillet with 2 T water over medium heat. Cook stirring occassionally til tender (about 10 mins)
Add in cabbage and stir together. Add 2T water, cover, reduce heat to low and cook until cabbage is tender (about 20 mins)
Season with black pepper to taste. Serve hot with sesame oil drizzled over top and sprinkled with lightly toasted sesame seeds.
Serves 4 (about 1 cup each)
