High Fiber Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
Ice Cubes (1 cup)1/2 C water1/2 C Milk - skimBanana - 1/2 sliced frozen, small2t. Cocoa powder2T. Peanut Butter extra chunkyAlmonds, 6-72T. dry oats1T. flax seed meal3 T Greek yogurt, plain3-5 Dried prunes2 packets Splenda (optional - not really necessary if you don't like it really sweet, the prunes do a good job of adding sweetness)
Directions
Mix all ingredients well in blender until smooth, I use a Nutribullet, but Vitamix, Ninja - they do a good job.

Serving Size: Makes 2 large 12 oz servings.
