Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1/3 cup brown sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 pinch allspice1 cup canned pure pumpkin1 cup skim milk1 tbsp maple syrup1 tsp vanilla
Directions
1)Preheat oven to 350.
2)Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3)Mix wet ingredients in another.
4)Pour the wet into the dry. Mix well.
5)Coat a 9"x5: loaf pan with cooking spray.
6)Pour mixture into pan and bake for 40 min.
