15 dried pitted dates (about 1 cup)1 cup walnuts4 T coconut
1. soak pitted dates in warm water until softened, then squeeze out excess water
2. grind walnuts in food processor
3. add dates and grind into desired texture
4. scoop out and onto parchment paper and shape into one large rectangle
5. sprinkle with coconut and press in
5. cover and let set in fridge, then cut into 6 bars
6. store in fridge
