Blueberry Lemon Oat Bran Muffins

1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk1 1/2 Cup Oat Bran1 1/4 Cup whole wheat flout1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/3 Cup unsweetened applesauce1 egg1/2 Cup coconut palm sugar ( or regular sugar)1 tsp vanilla1 Cup fresh or frozen blueberrieszest from 1/2 a lemon
Preheat oven to 375 F Add buttermilk to oat bran and sit aside. Combine flour baking soda, baking powder and salt in separate bowl. In another separate bowl beat applesauce, egg, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest together. Add buttermilk and bran mixture to liquid bowl and stir well. Add dry ingredients all at once and stir until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries. Scoop into prepared muffin tin
