Honey Baked Southest 15 Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 Honey Baked Ham bone12 cups cold water1 package HoneyBaked Ham Bone Soup Mix1 1/2 cups diced ham2 bay leaves3 cups diced tomatoes1 6 oz. can diced chilies1 cup diced celery1 cup diced onion1/2 cup diced carrots1/2 cup diced green pepper1 teaspoon chopped garlic1 teaspoon black pepper1/2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon ground cumin1 tablespoon chili powder2 tablepoons lime juice
Directions
Place ham bone in large stock pot. Add 12 cups cold water and bring to a boil. Add HoneyBaked Ham Bone Soup Mix with contents of seasoning packet. Return to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for approximately 2 hours. Remove ham bone and allow to cool. Add remaining ingredients and continue to cook over moderate heat for approximately 60 minutes or until beans are tender. You can also place into a crock pot after boiling ham bone and soup mix. Only cook on high for 3 hours. Remove ham bone. Add other ingredients and cook on high for another 3 to 4 hours until beans are tender.
