Superfood Kale Salad

Ingredients
3 cups raw kale, rib removed and chopped fine3 cups baby spinach chopped10 fresh brussel sprouts sliced1 bunch radishes sliced1 cup grated carrots1/3 craisins or raisins1/4 cup sunflower seeds1 medium apple cored and chopped1 red or yellow pepper chopped4 tablespoons pomegranate vinaigrette dressing
Directions
Combine all ingredients, toss to coat well. The longer it sits, the better it is. Will condense in size as dressing wilts the kale and spinach.
