6 oz Lean Beef Skirt Steak1 Can Black Beans (Low Sodium, Rinsed)1 Cup Frozen Corn Kernels1 Pkg Burrito Seasoning1 Can Stewed Tomatoes (No Salt)ADDED TO EACH AFTER PLATING: (Accounted for in Calorie/Nutrition count)1 Tbsp. Light Sour Cream1/4 Cup Mexican Shredded Cheese (2%)
Place Steak, Black Beans, Corn, Burrito Seasoning, and Stewed Tomatoes into Crock pot and cook for 4 hours on high. Take steak out and shred with 2 forks. Place Steak in bowl or plate and spoon bean, tomato, corn on top to cover. Top with 1 tbsp light sour cream and cheese.
