Gail's Chipotle Turkey Burgers

20 ounces ground turkey8 ounces turkey breakfast sausage1 egg, beaten1/2 onion, finely chopped2 packets plain instant oatmeal1 capful Mrs. Dash, any flavor (we used Chipotle)1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Heat a grill pan on medium-high.
Mix all ingredients with hands. Form into 6 equal patties.
Place burgers on grill pan and sear on one side. Flip burgers and sear on other side.
Turn heat to medium, cover pan and cook until burgers reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Serving Size: Makes 6 large burgers
