Ingredients
8 oz Ground Beef 80/2016 oz bulk pork sausage1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese3/4 cup crushed pork rinds2 jumbo eggs1/4 cup chopped yellow onion2 tsps dried parsleySalt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder to taste.
Directions
mix everything well, form meatballs, cook at 350 degrees for 17 minutes
