Ingredients
Directions
10 slices of white bread1 eight oz package of grated cheddar cheese8 large eggs1 roll cooked pork sausage (fried)2.25 cups milk0.75 tsp dry mustard1 can cream of mushroom soup1 small can of mushrooms
Cut bread crusts off and bread slice into 4 cubes
Place on bottom of greased 8.5 x 11 pan
Add layer of cooked pork sausage
Add layer of grated cheddar cheese
Mix eggs, milk, and dry mustard & beat in mushroom soup
Pour on top of sausage
Cover and refrigerate, let stand over night
Sprinkle with mushrooms
BAKE @350 for 1 hour
