Home made 'Naan' bread

Ingredients
250g flour1/2 tsp baking powder2 tsp sugar2 tbsp sunflower oil50g plain yogurt80ml milk
Directions
Mix ingredients, knead, add a splash more milk if dry.

leave for 20 mins

divide into portions and roll out.

tin foil on the grill tray and grill on high.

Grill until cooked on each side trying not to burn

Serving Size: makes 6 6-ish inch round breads
